Reliable Powder Coating Crafted for Strength, Beauty, and Lasting Performance.

Commitment to Quality
At Custom Powder Coating Services Inc., quality is the foundation of everything we do. Every project that enters our facility receives the same level of attention, preparation, and care.
Proper surface preparation is essential to a durable powder coated finish. That’s why our process includes professional sandblasting and surface cleaning before any coating is applied. By creating the ideal surface profile, we ensure strong mechanical adhesion and long-term performance.
From the smallest custom part to large industrial components, our team focuses on delivering finishes that meet the highest standards for durability, consistency, and appearance.
Our goal is simple: provide powder coating solutions that perform as well as they look.

Our Process:
- Washing and degreassing
- Surface Preparation
Every project begins with proper preparation. Our team uses professional sandblasting and glass bead blasting to remove contaminants and create the ideal surface profile for powder adhesion. - Powder Application
We apply high-quality powder coatings using professional electrostatic equipment to ensure even coverage and strong bonding.
- Curing Process
The coated metal is cured in our industrial ovens, allowing the powder to chemically bond to the surface for a durable finish. - Inspection & Quality Control
Every piece is inspected to ensure a consistent, long-lasting finish that meets our standards.
